This notice explains how VexaCS uses information submitted through the early access form.

We collect the contact and business information you choose to provide, including your name, work email, company, role, country, company size, support volume, channels, challenges, interest level and optional phone number. We may also collect campaign attribution parameters and basic technical information used for security.

How we use it

We use submitted information to communicate about early access, evaluate fit for product demos and pilot discussions, understand market needs, and send product updates where you provide consent.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell submitted information. We may use infrastructure providers to host and protect this website and its data. We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here or to meet applicable obligations.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct or delete your submitted information, or withdraw from updates, by contacting us at hello@vexacs.com.
